Section 11-8-2.4-47-4701 - General(a) Except as in compliance with § 4701(b), the Commission shall proceed to cause the forfeiture of all or part of a bond or other collateral accepted pursuant to Rule 43 for any permit where required or authorized by § 4705.(b) The Commission may withhold forfeiture, if the permittee and surety, if applicable, agree to a compliance schedule to comply with the violations of the permit or bond conditions.11 Miss.
