Section 11-8-2.3-37-3715 - Assistance Funding(a) Use of Funds. Funds authorized for this program shall be used to provide the services specified in § 3711 and shall not be used to cover administrative expenses.(b) Allocation of Funds. The State Geologist shall to the extent practicable establish a formula for allocating funds among eligible small operators if available funds are less than those required to provide the services pursuant to this Rule.
