Section 11-8-2.3-31-3105 - Opportunity for Submission of Written Comments on Permit Applications(a) Written comments or objections on the permit, modification of a permit, or renewal of a permit applications may be submitted to the Permit Board by the public entities to whom notification is provided under § 53-9-37 and § 3103(b) and (c). with respect to the effects of the proposed mining operations on the environment within their area of responsibility.(b) These comments shall be submitted to the Permit Board in written form within 30 days of notice.(c) The Permit Board shall immediately transmit a copy of all such comments for filing and public inspection at the chancery clerk's office where the applicant filed a copy of the application for permit under § 53-9-27 of the Act and § 3103(d).
