Section 11-8-2.3-21-2105 - Coal Exploration Compliance Duties(a) All coal exploration and reclamation activities that substantially disturb the natural land surface shall be conducted in accordance with the coal exploration requirements of this Rule, Subchapter 2.5 of these regulations, any other applicable provisions of the Permit Board, and any exploration permit term or condition imposed by the Permit Board.(b) Any person who conducts any coal exploration in violation of the provisions of this Rule, Subchapter 2.5 of these regulations, any other applicable provisions of the regulatory program, or any exploration permit term or condition imposed by the Permit Board, shall be subject to the provisions of § 53-9-55, Rules 63 through 71 of these regulations, and the applicable inspection and enforcement provisions of the regulatory program.11 Miss.
