Section 11-8-2.2-15-1513 - Responsibility for Implementation(a) The Permit Board shall not issue permits which are inconsistent with designations made pursuant to Rules 9, 11, 13 or 15.(b) The Department shall maintain a map of areas designated as unsuitable for all or certain types of surface coal mining operations.(c) The Department shall make available to any person any information within its control regarding designations, including mineral or elemental content which is potentially toxic in the environment except for proprietary information on the chemical and physical properties of the coal.11 Miss.
