Rule 11-5-1.14 - Denial of ERAC ApplicationsA. The Commission may deny an ERAC application if the Commission has reason to believe that the applicant cannot satisfy the performance standards in Rule 1.12 of these regulations.B. Causes which may result in denial of an ERAC application include any of those listed in Rule 1.13.B of these regulations.C. The Commission may deny an ERAC application for other good cause.Miss.
