At least one certified supervisor is required to be at the asbestos project worksite at all times while abatement activities are in progress. Certified workers must have access to a certified supervisor throughout the duration of the asbestos project. The contractor(s) and supervisor(s) for an asbestos project shall maintain all certificates for all contractors, supervisors and workers who are employed in connection with the asbestos project at the asbestos project site. The contractor(s) and/or supervisor(s) shall make available all such certificates to the Commission, acting through the Office of Pollution Control, at the time of any inspection at the asbestos project site by the Office of Pollution Control.
