The Postsecondary Board may conduct its own annual compliance audits of any institution participating in the Mississippi Resident Tuition Assistance Grant or the Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant. The Postsecondary Board may suspend or revoke an institution's eligibility to receive future monies under the program if it finds that the institution has not complied with the provisions of all applicable laws and the program Rules and Regulations.
