Rule 10-201-1.4 - Commission Staff

The Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning appoints such staff as is required for the performance of the Commission's duties and provides necessary facilities for the Commission's operation. The administrator for the Commission is the IHL Director of Regulatory Affairs (henceforth "the Director.")
