"Effective financing statement" (EFS) means a statement that is an original or reproduced copy thereof, filed in accordance with the "Uniform Commercial Code - Secured Transactions" applicable in the State of Mississippi at the time of filing OR as in the case of farm product filings, a statement which complies with Section 1324 of the Food Security -Act of 1985, P.L. 99-108 that is an original or reproduced copy of the statement containing the name and address of the secured party; the name and address of the person indebted to the secured party; the social security number (or in the case of a debtor doing business other than as an individual, the Internal Revenue Service taxpayer identification number); a description of the farm products- subject to the security interest created by the debtor, including the amount of such products where applicable; and a reasonable description of the property, including the county in which the property is located; signed by both the debtor(s) and the secured party(ies) if submitted non-electronically, or when and if the Mississippi Secretary of State accepts electronic filing of UCC statements an electronically reproduced copy of a statement without the debtor's signature.
