Rule 1-14-8.11 - Failure to Appear at HearingA. If the requesting party, without good cause, fails to appear at the hearing, such failure may be considered as a withdrawal of the Request for Hearing and the Hearing Officer may dismiss the Request for Hearing and the Secretary of State may enter an appropriate Final Order.B. If the Division, without good cause, fails to appear at the hearing, such failure may be considered as a withdrawal of the summary order, and the Hearing Officer may declare null and void the summary order.Miss.
