Rule 1-14-8.07 - WitnessesEach party shall, no later than ten (10) days prior to the hearing date, file with the Hearing Officer and the opposing party(s), a list of witnesses it may call to testify at the hearing. The list shall contain for each witness:

A statement indicating whether such person is to testify in person or by affidavit.E.
