Subpart 1.IFC Section 408.6.

IFC Section 408.6 is amended by deleting the last sentence.

Subp. 2.IFC Section 408.10.4.

IFC Section 408.10.4 is amended by deleting the last sentence.

Subp. 3.IFC Section 408.11.3.

IFC Section 408.11.3 is amended by adding sections to read:

408.11.3.1Minimum mall width. The minimum width of the mall area in covered mall buildings shall be maintained in conformance with the Building Code.

408.11.3.2Kiosks. Kiosks and similar structures, whether temporary or permanent, located in covered mall buildings shall be constructed, protected and located in conformance with the Building Code.
