A waiver has only future effect. The driver is subject to the alternative measures, conditions, or limitations attached to the waiver and to the enforcement actions and penalties of the applicable law or rule.
A. The driver or applicant must have the waiver in possession whenever operating a school bus.B. If the driver violates the alternative measures, conditions, or limitations attached to the waiver, the applicant is subject to the enforcement actions and penalties provided in the applicable law or rule. The applicant shall notify the commissioner in writing within 30 days of any material change in the conditions upon which the waiver was granted.Minn.
