Part 7410.4740 - USE OF INTERPRETERA. A foreign language interpreter may be used to facilitate an examination under the following conditions:(1) the interpreter is approved by the commissioner;(2) the interpreter is provided at the request and expense of the applicant;(3) the interpreter only translates information authorized by the commissioner; and(4) the interpreter does not retain a copy of any test nor marks a test paper for the applicant.B.
