Part 5000.0520 - TERMINATION OF PROCEEDINGS

The commissioner shall not process:

A. a moot charge;

B. a charge which the commissioner determines does not warrant further use of department resources; or

C. a statement of grievance which does not conform to part 5000.0400, subpart 2.
