Section R. 432.409 - Supplier records; retentionRule 409.
(1) The licensed supplier shall maintain current and accurate records of all operations.(2) The records and all documents supporting entries made in the records shall be available to the authorized representatives of the executive director for review.(3) The records and all documents supporting entries made in the records shall be kept for at least the current calendar year plus 3 years or as directed in writing by the executive director.(4) A licensed supplier shall report to the executive director, on a form provided by or approved in writing by the executive director, the number of and total amount paid to the licensed supplier for dealers and the type and total amount of sales and rentals of authorized equipment.Mich.
