Section R. 432.321 - Financial statement requirementsRule 321.
(1) A millionaire party licensee shall submit a financial statement to the executive director on a form, provided by or approved in writing by the executive director, by the tenth day of the month following the month that the millionaire party was held.(2) The financial statement shall be signed by the principal officer of the qualified organization certifying that the information on the financial statement is true, correct, and complete to the best of his or her knowledge.Mich.
