Section R. 432.314 - Dealers

Rule 314.

(1) A dealer shall not be an employee of the location owner or lessor, unless that individual is a bona fide member of the qualified organization and is dealing during an event at that organization's location.

(2) Only those individuals authorized by the executive director may serve as a dealer at the licensed millionaire party event.
