(1) A compliance meeting notice shall be issued in accordance with section 92 of the administrative procedures act. The compliance meeting allows the licensee to show compliance before the conduct of a contested case hearing.(2) If compliance is shown or an agreement regarding future action is reached at the compliance meeting, then the need for a contested case hearing may be negated.Mich.
