Section R. 432.1905 - Emergency proceduresRule 905.
(1) In the event of an emergency, the casino licensee may amend an internal control procedure. The executive director or his or her designee must concur that an emergency exists before amending an internal control procedure.(2) A casino licensee shall report any emergency amendment of the internal control procedures to the executive director or his or her designee immediately.(3) A casino licensee shall submit a description of the emergency amendment of the internal control procedures and the circumstances necessitating the emergency amendment to the board within 14 days of the amendment.(4) As soon as the circumstances necessitating the emergency amendment to the internal control procedures abate, a casino licensee shall resume compliance with the approved internal control procedures.Mich.
