Section R. 432.1834 - Amendments to internal control procedures for complimentary chip distribution programRule 834.
A casino licensee shall make amendments to the internal control procedures with respect to its complimentary chip distribution program as follows:
(a) Unless otherwise provided by the board, a licensee shall submit amendments to the internal control procedures to the board not less than 30 days before the proposed utilization of the amended internal control procedure.(b) The board may, in writing, approve or disapprove the amendment to the internal control procedure in total or in part.(c) A casino licensee shall not use an amendment to internal control procedures unless the amendment to the internal control procedure has been approved, in writing, by the board.Mich.
