Section R. 432.1832 - Complimentary chip distribution programsRule 832.
A casino licensee may, for specified marketing purposes, provide patrons with coupons that are redeemable for complimentary chips if both of the following requirements are satisfied:
(a) The processes and procedures for the control, accountability, and distribution of coupons for chips and for the redemption of the coupons are provided for in a casino licensee's internal control system and are in conformance with the internal control system.(b) The casino licensees periodic internal audits validate the integrity and accountability of the processes and procedures authorized and required under these rules.Mich.
