Section R. 432.1818 - Inspection of diceRule 818.
(1) Before dice are placed into play at a live gaming device, the pit boss, or his or her equivalent, shall inspect the dice to ensure the dice comply with this rule.(2) Dice shall be inspected by all of the following methods on a flat surface that allows the inspection of the dice to be monitored by the surveillance system: (a) A micrometer or any other approved instrument that performs the same function.(c) A steel set square and magnet.(3) A casino licensee shall store the micrometer or other approved instrument, the balancing caliper, and the steel set square and magnet in a secure place that is not accessible by the public.Mich.
