Section R. 432.1807 - Amendments to rules of gameRule 807. All of the following provisions apply to amendments to rules of the game:
(a) Unless otherwise provided by the board, a casino licensee or license applicant shall submit an amendment to the rules of the game, including variations of games, to the board not less than 30 days before utilizing the rules of the game.(b) The board shall, in writing, approve or disapprove the amendment to the rules of the game in the same manner that an initial submission is approved or disapproved.(c) A casino licensee may not utilize an amendment to the rules of the game unless the amendment to the rules of the game has been approved, in writing, by the board.Mich.
