Section R. 432.1801 - Rules of game; purposeRule 801. A licensee shall submit its game rules to the board for approval to ensure all of the following:
(a) The games offered by casino licensees are performed only in accordance with the act and these rules.(b) The functions, duties, and responsibilities associated with the gambling operation are appropriately segregated and performed in accordance with sound practices by competent, qualified personnel, and to ensure that an employee of the casino licensee is not in a position to perpetuate and conceal errors or irregularities in the normal course of his or her duties.(c) The gambling operation is conducted by the casino licensee with integrity and in accordance with the act and these rules.Mich.
