Section R. 432.1328 - Denied license; reapplicationRule 328.
(1) A person whose application for a supplier license has been denied may not reapply for a supplier license for a period of 1 year from the date on which the board voted to deny the application unless the board allows reapplication at an earlier date.(2) A person whose application for a suppliers license was denied may seek leave of the board to reapply within the 1-year period by addressing the request to the board. The board may require the applicant to present oral or written argument outlining why an exception should be made.Mich. Admin. Code R. 432.1328
