Section R. 432.1216 - Contract requirementsRule 216.
(1) A contract or transaction entered into by a casino licensee or a casino license applicant that is more than $50,000.00 shall be a written contract.(2) The board may direct a casino licensee or casino license applicant to cancel any contract or transaction that the board determines does not comply with the act and this part.(3) A contract entered into by a casino licensee or casino license applicant shall contain a provision permitting the casino licensee or casino license applicant to terminate the contract if the board determines that the contract does not comply with the act or these rules.Mich.
