Section R. 432.11405 - Transportation of live gaming device

Rule 1405.

(1) The person receiving the live gaming device in this state shall prove receipt of the live gaming device if requested by the executive director.

(2) A live gaming device may only be sold or delivered to a casino licensee, casino license applicant, or other person entitled to possess live gaming devices under applicable state and federal law.
