Section R. 432.11016 - Surveillance plan

Rule 1016.

(1) A casino licensee shall submit a surveillance plan to the board not less than 90 days before the commencement of operations. The plan shall include both of the following:
(a) A floor plan that shows the placement of all surveillance equipment.
(b) A detailed description of the surveillance system and its equipment.
(2) The board shall approve or deny the casino licensees surveillance plan prior to the casino licensee commencing operations. If the surveillance plan is disapproved, a casino licensee shall not commence operations until the surveillance plan is approved by the board.
(3) A casino licensee must submit alterations to the surveillance plan in the manner and form prescribed by the board before the institution of the alterations.
(4) At any time, the board may require a casino licensee to modify its surveillance plan.
