Section R. 432.663b - Emergency proceduresRule 663b.
(1) In the event of an emergency, the internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider, or both, may temporarily amend an internal control procedure. The executive director or his or her designee must be notified that an emergency exists before temporarily amending an internal control procedure.(2) An internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider, or both, must submit the temporary emergency amendment of the internal control procedures to the executive director or his or her designee within 3 days of the amendment. The submission must include the detailed emergency procedures that will be implemented and the time period the emergency procedures will be temporarily in place. Any concerns the board has with the submission must be addressed with the internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider, or both.(3) As soon as the circumstances necessitating the emergency amendment to the internal control procedures abate, an internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider, or both, shall resume compliance with the approved internal control procedures.Mich.
