Rule 657. An internet gaming platform must provide a conspicuous and readily accessible method for an authorized participant to close his or her internet wagering account through the account management or similar page or through the internet gaming platform customer support team. Any balance remaining in an internet wagering account closed by an authorized participant shall be refunded pursuant to the internet gaming operators or internet gaming platform providers internal controls.
