Section R. 432.634 - Location of servers, security, and cloud storageRule 634.
(1) Unless otherwise approved by the board in writing, an internet gaming operator and its internet gaming platform provider must place a server or other equipment that is capable of receiving internet wagers in this state. The location selected must have adequate security, protections, and controls over the servers or other equipment that is capable of receiving internet wagers, including those adopted in R 432.633(2). The internet gaming operator and its internet gaming platform provider must provide the board with information on the location of all servers and other equipment.(2) The board may approve of the use of cloud storage for duplicate data upon written request of an internet gaming operator or internet gaming platform provider.Mich.
