Rule 107. The order of business at all regular meetings shall be as follows:

(a) Roll call.

(b) Approval of minutes.

(c) Public comment.

(d) Consideration of financial report.

(e) Action on allowance applications.

(f) Unfinished business.

(g) New business.

(h) Special reports.

(i) Public comment.

(j) Adjournment.
