Section R. 257.1703 - Approval of motorcycle safety education programs; inspection

Rule 3.

(1) Written approval by the department shall be obtained by all sponsors not less than 30 days before the commencement of the first session.

(2) The department shall inspect all motorcycle safety education programs annually.
