(1) The purpose of these rules is to provide a method for an individual to pay a boating access site and state park recreation passport fee other than the method provided in section 805 of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.805.(2) The rules are intended to provide for the consistent application of the fee for entry to a designated boating access site and state park.Mich.
