Section R. 257.1524a - Permanent snowmobile trail easements; acquisition of lands

Rule 4a.

(1) The department shall expend money from the permanent snowmobile trail easement subaccount in accordance with MCL 324.82110a.

(2) Condemnation shall not be used.

(3) An applicant shall certify to the department that such lands and easements or other appropriate agreements have been secured.
