Section R. 281.163 - ViolationsRule 13.
(1) An alleged violation shall be inspected by the staff of the department and, if it is found that a violation exists, the department shall order the applicant, in writing, to correct all conditions found to be in violation of these rules.(2) The owner of a building, structure, or land which violates these rules is subject to the provisions of section 13 of Act No. 231 of the Public Acts of 1970, being S281.773 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.Mich.
