(1) The bylaws may outline the procedures to be followed in the event of the attachment of a mechanic's lien, and shall make reference to the provisions of section 132 of the act.(2) The bylaws shall outline the procedures to be followed when a co-owner's unpaid assessments owed to the association become a lien on the co-owner's unit and shall contain the provisions in sections 108 and 111 of the act.Mich.
