Section R. 792.10708 - Administrative law judge; impartialityRule 708.
(1) A hearing shall be conducted by an administrative law judge designated by the department. The administrative law judge shall remain impartial and shall avoid even the appearance of partiality.(2) A member of a board, task force, or disciplinary subcommittee who participates in the decision and the administrative law judge shall be deemed presiding officers for the purpose of affidavits filed alleging personal bias or disqualification.Mich.
