(1) An employee of a cultivator may not also be employed by a marihuana transporter or a laboratory.(2) An employee of a producer may not also be employed by a marihuana transporter or a laboratory.(3) An employee of a marihuana sales location may not also be employed by a marihuana transporter or a laboratory.(4) An employee of a marihuana transporter may not also be employed by a cultivator, producer, marihuana sales location, or laboratory.(5) An employee of a laboratory may not also be employed by a cultivator, producer, marihuana sales location, or marihuana transporter.(6) An employee of a marihuana microbusiness or a class A marihuana microbusiness may not also be employed by a laboratory or a marihuana transporter.Mich.
