Section R. 436.1031 - Sales prohibited during periods of suspension; notice of suspensionRule 31.
(1) A licensee shall not sell, offer for sale, furnish, consume, or allow the consumption of, alcoholic liquor on the licensed premises during the period that the license is suspended by the commission or an individual commissioner.(2) During the time of suspension of a license by the commission, the notice of the suspension shall be continuously posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises in full view of the public.Mich.
