Section R. 339.22333 - Misrepresentation of material facts prohibited; disclosure of material factsRule 333.
(1) A licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, misrepresent material facts.(2) A licensee's full disclosure to a buyer or seller of material facts within his or her knowledge about the condition of the real estate offered shall not be grounds for disciplinary action, despite a claim by the buyer or seller that the disclosure constituted disloyalty to the buyer or seller in violation of an agency relationship.Mich.
