Section R. 29.501 - Definitions

Rule 1.

(1) As used in these rules, "act" means 1941 PA 207, MCL 29.1 to 29.34.

(2) "Continuing education point" means 1 hour spent in training toward continuing education requirements, excluding time spent for lunches, breaks, or other non-training functions.
