Section R. 325.45265 - Submission of plans and specifications for a construction permitRule 265.
(1) To assure compliance with the code and these rules, a health facility shall submit to the department for review and approval or disapproval complete plans and specifications for all the following projects: (d) Conversion of existing structures for use as a health facility.(2) A health facility shall not begin construction or renovation until the plans and specifications have been approved by the department and a permit for construction has been issued.(3) Architectural and engineering plans and specifications that are submitted to the department must be prepared and sealed by architects and professional engineers licensed to practice in Michigan.Mich.
