Section R. 408.15212 - Employees general dutiesRule 5212. An employee shall do all of the following:
(a) Abide by the safety procedures pertaining to the job as prescribed by the employer and comply with these rules.(b) Examine the work area and equipment that is going to be used before work begins and report a dangerous or unsafe condition in the work area or equipment to the immediate supervisor.(c) Refrain from a reckless practice or action which could result in an accident or injury.(d) Not operate a machine without prior training, instruction, and authorization.Mich.
