Section R. 408.13364 - Flexible and cushioned fitting goggles; markingRule 3364.
(1) The frame of flexible and cushioned fitting goggles shall bear a trademark or name identifying the manufacturer.(2) Each separate lens shall be distinctly marked in a manner by which the manufacturer may be identified.(3) A heat-treated glass filter plate or lens shall also be marked with the shade designation and the letter "H."(4) The marking shall be clear cut and permanent and so placed as not to interfere with the vision of the wearer.Mich.
