(1) Veneer steam and soaking vats should be located in buildings or in special sheds heated in cold weather to keep the amount of steam at a minimum.(2) Means shall be provided to ventilate buildings in which steam and soaking vats are located. High ceilings with roof ventilators or louvers are desirable. Where ceilings or roofs are under 15 feet, exhaust fans shall be provided.Mich. Admin. Code R. 408.12776
