Section R. 408.21405 - Definitions; E to PRule 405.
(1) "Executive secretary" means secretary to the board.(2) "Party" means the employer cited, the employee or employees affected by the citation, or their legal representative, and the department.(3) "Person" means 1 or more individuals, partnerships, associations, corporations, business trusts, representatives, an organized group of individuals, or the state or a political subdivision of the state, or an agency, instrumentality, or authority thereof.Mich.
