(1) If it is impractical to furnish any required information, document, or report when it must be filed, a separate document must be filed with the director that does all of the following:(a) Identifies the information, document, or report in question.(b) States why filing the information, document, or report when required is impractical.(c) Requests an extension of time for filing the information, document, or report to a specified date.(2) The request in subrule (1)(c) of this rule is considered granted unless the director denies the request within 60 days after receipt of the request.Mich.
